Websoft Unveils Next-Generation AI-Native HR Platform
At its Websoft. Praktika 2026 conference, the company introduced Websoft HCM 2026, a modular AI-native platform that embeds artificial intelligence across HR workflows. The event brought together more than 600 executives and automation specialists.
The new platform is built around a shift from a monolithic architecture to an AI-centric core, making artificial intelligence an integral part of recruiting, employee onboarding, learning, and analytics. It also adopts a modular architecture with no-code tools that allow organizations to build and expand their own HR solutions while meeting security and scalability requirements.
The conference featured seven parallel tracks with customer case studies, expert presentations, and hands-on workshops. During the event, Websoft, the Association for the Development of Mass Figure Skating, and Websoft integration partner GMCS signed a memorandum to develop a digital platform for amateur figure skating.
