Moscow Region Simplifies Utility Network Connections With a Single Digital Application
The Moscow Region has upgraded its public services portal with an updated application service for obtaining technical specifications and other documents required to connect properties to utility networks. The upgraded service introduces smart features that automatically retrieve the information needed to complete an application.
Applicants can also obtain a local government resolution granting preliminary approval for land allocation by entering the property's coordinates. The service is available through the portal's Business → Land → Infrastructure and Connections section and is open to individuals, businesses, and sole proprietors. Applications can be submitted free of charge using ESIA (Russia's Unified System of Identification and Authentication) credentials, with the required documents attached. The completed documents are delivered to the applicant's personal account.
