E-Flops Develops Modular Server for Data Centers
It offers a large number of system assembly configurations.

E-Flops has announced the successful completion of development of the M2 modular server. It is designed for installation in data centers and supercomputers. The new product is expected to give customers an advantage in energy efficiency and compute density.
"The new multiplatform server, built on the Lena motherboard with an increased number of memory slots, processor cores, and support for various types of AI accelerators, opens up opportunities for customers to solve a wide range of tasks, while improved ergonomics and assembly manufacturability reduce maintenance time," said Sergey Ponomarev, head of the design department at E-Flops.
The modular platform provides a large number of assembly configurations with support for different families of central processors. The M2 server offers 11 models of compute modules, including six new ones, among which single-processor configurations have also appeared. The list of available GPU and NPU accelerators exceeds ten models.
