Russian AI Planning Platform Demonstrates Industrial Gains
The II-Kantorovich (AI Kantorovich) integrated planning platform has successfully completed pilot testing and practical deployment at Russian enterprises.

The II-Kantorovich (AI Kantorovich) platform is being developed by the Kristall Rosta Foundation and Hive Mind AI. It combines the mathematical models of Soviet economist and Nobel laureate Leonid Kantorovich with modern artificial intelligence technologies. The system generates optimized production, logistics, and financial plans while accounting for technological constraints, equipment and raw material availability, and order deadlines.
Pilot projects were carried out in oil refining, consumer goods manufacturing, road construction, and logistics. At an oil refinery, the system helped increase revenue from the refundable excise tax by more than 15%. At road construction holding company Avtoban, it reduced material transportation costs by 5% and cut planning time from several days to just a few seconds.
The Kristall Rosta Foundation and Hive Mind AI plan to scale II-Kantorovich as a sovereign alternative to foreign advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems.
