Unified Online Platform for Parents and Preschool Educators to Launch in Russia
Officials say the new digital resource will bring together guidance for families and kindergarten staff in one place.

Russia is set to launch a digital platform for parents and kindergarten educators, the Ministry of Education said. The resource will consolidate methodological recommendations for early childhood development on a single site. The information is intended to help parents better understand children’s developmental stages and apply that knowledge at home. The same platform will also provide practical materials for preschool staff. Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov said families and kindergartens are partners, and digital services are being developed to strengthen that collaboration.
Rethinking Interaction
Online resources have been integrated into Russian schools for years. Electronic gradebooks allow parents and students to track marks and homework assignments. Millions of students and teachers use digital library platforms. In Moscow, the Moskovskaya Elektronnaya Shkola (Moscow Electronic School) platform brings together a range of modern services for children, parents, and educators. It is currently the city’s most widely used educational resource. Digital tools are reshaping how schools teach and how they engage with families.
