Mosoblteplo is actively shifting its infrastructure to new operating standards. The company currently manages 124 facilities across the Moscow region, with 72 of them transitioning to automated control.

“In 2025, Mosoblteplo equipped 32 boiler houses with smart sensor systems. Previously, operators had to manually record readings twice a day and relay them by phone. Now automation handles these tasks quickly and without errors. We have also streamlined workflows and freed up 105 staff positions from routine manual work. To date, more than 3,500 sensors have been installed across 1,158 central heating stations and 2,368 boiler houses in the region. This work is ongoing and is scheduled for completion by the end of the year,” said Moscow Region Vice Governor Vladislav Murashov.

The automated systems monitor water temperature in heating networks in real time, track uninterrupted power supply, oversee pump operation and ensure diesel generator readiness. All data is transmitted to operators via a SCADA system, allowing remote monitoring of boiler house performance.
