Russian Entrepreneurs Gain Business Tools on National Messaging Platform
Companies can engage customers, launch storefronts, and build mini apps

More than 8 million Russian entrepreneurs can now integrate their businesses into the national messaging platform MAX, the developer’s press service said. The platform allows companies to build chatbots for customer interaction, automate operations, increase sales, and promote their brands. Businesses can create online storefronts, develop mini apps, and integrate a digital ID system to verify benefits eligibility or age. More than 30 integrations with CRM systems and chatbot tools are available. Companies can get started by registering in the platform’s “For Business” section.
Millions of Users
The Russian messaging platform MAX is designed as a full digital ecosystem where users can not only communicate but also access services, make purchases, check into hotels, and verify their identity. The platform’s functionality continues to expand, with the user base already exceeding 100 million people. The business platform is available to companies listed in the federal small and medium-sized enterprise registry.
