Sady Pridonya Helps Create VR Film for School Students
Sady Pridonya has supported the educational project "Code of Profession," which uses virtual reality to show teenagers how modern enterprises operate.

The project is being implemented by the Pokoleniye complex and Pokoleniye X Maxitet college with support from the Presidential Grants Fund. Students in grades 7 through 11 will be able to "immerse" themselves in enterprise workflows through a 360-degree film and see that promising careers are available right now, in their own region.
This academic year, the VR film will be incorporated into a career guidance program and used at educational events for school students in the Volgograd Region and other Russian regions. Sady Pridonya believes that the earlier a teenager sees the real picture of the labor market and understands the value of applied skills, the more likely they are to choose an in-demand specialty and stay to work in the region.
