For emergency response services, uninterrupted access to data is not just a technical issue but a prerequisite for operational effectiveness. The reliability of IT infrastructure directly affects decision-making speed, interagency coordination and the processing of citizen requests. The new platform is built on a dual-controller architecture with simultaneous data access through both controllers and high-performance solid-state drives, ensuring stable performance under load and capacity for future growth.

“We operate the System 112 emergency service. Amid sanctions pressure and as part of our import substitution efforts, we needed to replace foreign data storage systems with domestic solutions. ATLAS has demonstrated reliability and compliance with security requirements in similar projects,” said Viktor Bolotin, head of communications at the regional emergency management authority.

The project was implemented in line with requirements for government infrastructure and forms part of a broader push toward import substitution and technological independence in regional systems.
