Compliance Orders in Russia Can Now Be Handled Online
A new service lets businesses close regulatory orders through a digital account

A new section, “Order Compliance,” has been launched on Russia’s Open Control digital platform. Entrepreneurs can now view full details of inspections, including recommendations and deadlines, and submit documents confirming that violations have been addressed.
The same interface also displays the case status. Users can see whether an inspector has accepted their materials or if additional corrections are required.
No More Paperwork Delays
Previously, documents had to be sent by mail or delivered in person, often followed by long waits with little visibility into the case status.
Now the entire process takes place within a single interface. Users simply upload documents and track the review progress in real time.
In the first four months, nearly 90 compliance orders were completed through the service.
Open Oversight
The Open Control platform has been operating since 2021, bringing together services for interaction between businesses and regulatory authorities. Around 20 tools are already available, including the ability to receive official requests, schedule consultations, invite inspectors, and assess compliance risks – all within a single personal account.
The service is available to entrepreneurs with a verified account on the mos.ru portal.
