Culture.RF Draws Millions of Readers From 150 Countries
Culture.RF, the largest Russian-language online platform dedicated to culture, attracts about 10 million visits each month, with one in ten users accessing the site from outside Russia, according to Deputy Culture Minister Zhanna Alekseyeva.

According to Alekseyeva, the portal reaches readers in 150 countries despite publishing exclusively in Russian. Its audience is also becoming younger, with nearly half of all visitors under the age of 30. Across social media platforms, the resource has about one million followers.
The Ministry of Culture is also expanding digital services powered by artificial intelligence. The Russian State Library has already launched a project to integrate AI into dissertation research workflows. AI technologies are also being used to collect visitor feedback from cultural institutions, allowing museum and theater visitors to rate their experience by scanning a QR code or following a link to an institution's official website.
