First Bit Automates Operations for Housing Consultancy Nash Dom Pro
The deployment of automation technology has significantly reduced employees' workloads.
IT integrator First Bit has completed a major project for consulting company Nash Dom Pro. The project automated the allocation of bank payments across property management companies' databases and the submission of homeowners' voting results to the GIS Housing and Utilities portal.
Software robots from PIX Robotics handle these tasks. They have taken over about 95 percent of routine operations and reduced labor requirements by approximately 36 percent.
“Almost every company has processes that can be effectively automated with software robots,” said Gleb Kalkutin, Director of RPA at PIX Robotics. “A project often starts by addressing a single task, but the initial assessment frequently reveals additional processes where software robots can deliver even greater business benefits. That is exactly what happened with this project.”
The robots are already operating more accurately than initially projected. The companies emphasized that the technology is not replacing employees, with people retaining oversight of all critical processes.
