SberStrakhovanie has issued a one-year insurance policy covering the civil liability of the owner of the humanoid robot Green. The policy covers accidental damage the robot may cause to third-party property, such as equipment or materials. According to Sberbank's Robotics Center, the insurance gives businesses a way to launch pilot projects involving robots while clearly defining how potential incidents would be compensated. The developers believe the product will help build trust between people, businesses, and automated systems.

Green runs on the Green-VLA platform and is designed for use in manufacturing, logistics, retail, and healthcare. The robot can navigate independently, engage in conversations, manipulate objects, and even dance. The platform supports multiple physical configurations, making the robot adaptable to a wide range of tasks. SberStrakhovanie says products of this kind are a natural step in the market's evolution as humanoid robots become part of everyday business operations.
