SiburTyumenGaz Completes Digital Upgrade of Compressor Station
New software systems have significantly reduced resource consumption at the facility.
SiburTyumenGaz has completed modernization work at the Vyngayakhinskaya compressor station of the Vyngapurovsky gas processing plant, with a strong focus on deploying digital technologies to optimize resource use and cut operating costs.
A key part of the upgrade was the full digitalization of the boiler control system. Operating parameters are now continuously recorded and archived, while key performance indicators are displayed at the station’s central control room. The system also enables remote control of equipment, simplifying workflows for staff and making production processes more transparent.
The company plans to replicate the approach at other facilities.
