Telfin Integrates Virtual PBX With CURS24 System

Telfin has integrated its virtual PBX Telfin.Ofis (Telfin Office) with the business management platform CURS24. The integration is designed to bring multiple communication channels into a single ecosystem and improve customer service quality.

Under the new setup, CURS24 can automatically generate leads even when incoming calls go unanswered. This allows managers to quickly follow up with customers and avoid missing sales opportunities.

The CRM system now also displays call statistics and conversation recordings, enabling more personalized interactions that take into account a customer’s full communication history. In addition, users of CURS24 and Telfin services can configure voice menus and automatically route incoming calls between managers.
