The Tsypkin Clinic of Innovative Traumatology in Sarov has launched what it describes as Russia's first artificial intelligence-powered laboratory test calculator. The system is designed to make diagnostic testing as affordable as possible for patients.
The calculator helps patients find lower-cost alternatives to expensive laboratory tests while identifying clinically equivalent options. It can also combine individually prescribed tests into bundled packages to further reduce costs. In addition, the service provides patients with personalized instructions on how to prepare for each procedure, helping improve the accuracy of test results.
At the final stage, the system automatically generates and prints a complete laboratory test order, books an online appointment at any of the city's three outpatient clinics, and guides patients through the visit with one-click access. All test results are stored in a personal online account, eliminating unnecessary trips to medical facilities. The data are retained indefinitely.
