Russian Firm Unveils Platform for Construction Documentation
The system generates optimized cost estimates and aims to reduce project overruns.

Andrey Belkevich, founder and CEO of Tangle, has introduced a new digital platform designed for use in the construction sector. The system aggregates data from across project documentation and uses it to generate optimized cost estimates for construction work.
“This is not just another piece of software - it is a data management layer. The system pulls in data from Excel tables, engineering drawings, 3D models, and other construction materials. It then links, cleans, and inserts the necessary data - and does so quickly,” Belkevich said.
According to the company, the platform addresses a major issue in the construction industry, where projects frequently exceed planned budgets due to fragmented workflows across multiple software tools. The service has already been used in more than 1,500 projects, and over 16 universities are now training students to work with the platform.
