WONE IT Unifies Konti-Rus Budgeting in a Single Model
WONE IT has automated financial planning and budgeting at Konti-Rus using the Optimacros platform.
The budgeting processes of 18 departments, previously spread across 400 Excel worksheets, have been consolidated into a single model while preserving the existing methodology and calculation logic.
Before the project, each department maintained its own set of forms, ranging from five to 20 worksheets. The finance team manually collected and reconciled the data, while approvals were handled by email. The client wanted to automate the process using Konti-Rus’s existing model and shorten the budgeting cycle.
WONE IT developed a flexible calculator for production costs and cost allocation. It allows users to change allocation rules and cost drivers and quickly recalculate scenarios. Budget recalculation now takes two to three days, replacing a lengthy process of manual data collection and approval. Management now has a single source of data and greater transparency in scenario planning.
