Data Marketplace for Businesses Launches on DOM.RF Platform
Construction industry companies will be able to sell their datasets through the new marketplace, which is built on the platform.dom.rf platform.
The new tool will allow businesses to turn accumulated data into a monetizable digital asset. According to the announcement, the platform is creating a secure ecosystem for exchanging structured data across the market.
Nikolay Kozak, DOM.RF’s managing director for IT and digital transformation, said the new functionality would give data providers a way to recoup their investments in digitalization.
The platform.dom.rf service has been operating since 2025. It was developed by DOM.RF Technologies, the group’s IT company, with support from Russia’s Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities. The service is designed for construction companies, proptech firms, building materials manufacturers, banks, and artificial intelligence developers. Data on the platform is standardized to meet common structural and formatting requirements. Available datasets include residential unit mix, parking spaces and storage units, nonresidential premises for commercial use, and data on developer activity.
