Unirest Automates IT Vendor Vetting
Unirest, which operates the ROSTIC'S chain of more than 1,350 restaurants across 74 Russian regions, has implemented the BI.ZONE GRC platform to centralize partner and vendor vetting.
With the new platform, the company has digitized counterparty data and automated risk assessment for 15 IT service providers.
"Implementing BI.ZONE GRC allowed us to build a transparent and manageable process for evaluating partners and IT solution providers. We significantly reduced labor costs and improved the quality of compliance oversight," said Artyom Venerov, leader of the IT project direction for franchisees at Unirest.
