Stavropol Residents to Get Simplified Access to Public Services via Single Online Section
A dedicated section on the Gosuslugi portal will be created in the Stavropol Region, bringing together key digital services for residents.
The regional Ministry of Energy, Industry, and Communications is developing the section. It will initially feature around ten popular services: booking a doctor's appointment through the Healthcare Portal, finding children's activity groups through the Supplementary Education Navigator, and receiving responses from officials through the Feedback Platform widget. An MFC chatbot will also launch separately in the MAX messenger.
Through the section, residents will also be able to pay fines and state fees, apply for large-family status, and enroll children in kindergarten or school.
The project is part of the national program "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State." All 87 high-demand socially significant services are currently available in the region.
