Russia Launches AI-Powered Job and Relocation Platform for “Agro Cities”
The system helps job seekers explore career opportunities — and real-life living conditions — in rural regions.

Russia’s Rosselkhozbank (Russian Agricultural Bank) has unveiled a major update to its digital platform “I’m in Agro”, the country’s first AI-driven job-matching service for the agricultural sector. The platform now integrates artificial intelligence to help users find work and assess what life would be like in one of 700 rural towns and settlements across Russia.
Developed with support from the Visioners Group, the upgraded service generates interactive “digital business cards” for each locality. These profiles combine job listings with detailed lifestyle information, giving candidates a full picture before deciding to relocate.
Beyond jobs: AI as a relocation guide
Using machine learning, the system analyzes open data sources — from government statistics and local media to regional websites — to create narrative descriptions and photo-realistic images of each town, blending its architecture and natural features.
Each page also lists essential data: population, income levels, housing prices, and information about healthcare, education, culture, and leisure.
Dmitry Shestakov, chairman of Visioners Group, emphasized that the project was designed as “a living, interactive tool — not just a directory.” The goal, he said, is to help people envision the full potential of rural life while supporting the digital transformation of Russia’s agricultural sector.
