Implemented Next Door: Russian Low-Code Platform Expands Into Belarus

Russian IT products are not only replacing Western solutions at home but also proving competitive abroad. A striking case is the rollout of the BPMSoft low-code platform in the Belarusian retail chain “Sosedi.”

Platform Constructor

LibretikGroup, the company behind the Sosedi retail chain (more than 240 stores of various formats), has replaced its outdated Western CRM system with the Russian BPMSoft platform. The switch has delivered faster data processing, deeper analytics, and more effective marketing personalization.

BPMSoft’s low-code platform acts as a “constructor” made of ready-made software components that Sosedi can use to build its own IT solutions. Now the company no longer needs to write code for basic operations or hire developers every time business processes need to adapt to market changes.

The project was implemented by BPMSoft (part of Russian IT holding LANSOFT) in partnership with the Belarusian IT firm Orange Process, which specializes in business process automation.

Reputation Win

Deploying the BPMSoft low-code platform gave Sosedi several competitive advantages in marketing campaigns. Previously, large amounts of time were spent collecting and analyzing customer data, while notifications were sent manually, limiting scale. With BPMSoft, the company accelerated data processing, automated email, SMS, messenger, and mobile app outreach, and introduced deep audience segmentation based on purchase history and preferences.

Our low-code tools allow companies to adapt processes to new challenges and quickly respond to market shifts. With BPMSoft, Sosedi sped up team performance and improved the accuracy of personalized offers. The platform doesn’t just automate routine tasks, it helps businesses understand their customers better, which is essential for growth

Integration with Yandex’s analytics and cloud storage improved the accuracy of personalized offers and boosted customer engagement.

For Russian software, this case stands out as a reputation win. It expands opportunities for tech exports and could become a springboard for scaling to other CIS markets, where demand for affordable, adaptable solutions is growing.

Path to Leadership

BPMSoft is steadily strengthening its position in the IT market. Its track record includes partnerships with Euroexpert and Rutims, and now the Sosedi rollout. The company has also launched BPMSoft School, an app marketplace, and integrated AI/ML tools.

By the end of 2024, BPMSoft was recognized as Russia’s leading CRM platform by Skolkovo and TAdviser. In 2025, the platform added integration with Arenadata, compatibility with Yandex Cloud, development of SRM solutions, and the release of version 1.8 with automation and UX upgrades.

CRM Market Leader

Looking ahead, BPMSoft is expected to gain further recognition as a CRM leader in both B2B and B2C segments, strengthen its partner model with integrators, and continue developing AI/ML and cloud compatibility.

As digitalization of retail accelerates, demand for flexible CRM solutions will rise significantly—far beyond Russia. The rollout in Belarus is proof of Russian IT competitiveness in foreign markets. It also opens doors to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, and other CIS countries.
