Ozon Launches Platform for Finding and Leasing Warehouses
The platform makes it easier for the marketplace to work with potential partners.
Ozon has launched a new online platform for finding and leasing warehouses. Potential partners can use it to offer the company available warehouse space or find a site for building new logistics facilities that can later be leased to Ozon.
Applications to work with the marketplace can be submitted through the service’s website. Landlords and developers can also use the platform to find projects with specific requirements and submit proposals for them.
For ready-to-use facilities, the company considers properties starting at 5,000 square meters. For facilities built from scratch for lease to Ozon, the required size ranges from 10,000 to 85,000 square meters. The facilities and their sites must meet the marketplace’s technical requirements. Ozon will cover all technical equipment costs.
