Russia Develops Its First Platform to Support Management Decision-Making
The system brings together AI tools and large datasets within a single environment.

Russia has developed an innovative platform designed to support management decision-making, according to the Baikov Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science. The digital platform, called Tochka Sinkhronizatsii (Synchronization Point), integrates fragmented corporate data with intelligent tools to support complex scientific and managerial decisions.
As the developers noted, Russian companies are already actively using digital tools such as chatbots and AI assistants. However, these solutions tend to operate in isolation and lack a unifying platform layer.
One Platform for Multiple Tasks
Tochka Sinkhronizatsii combines semantic search, artificial intelligence, and multifunctional agents capable of answering questions, analyzing data, working with documents, and identifying relationships — in short, providing comprehensive support for informed management decisions.
The developers describe the product as a “foundational intellectual layer” that enables knowledge and data to work together. The platform operates within a defined perimeter of a single company’s infrastructure and opens up new opportunities for business development and scientific research.
