Sber AI Introduces Artificial Intelligence Tools for Youth Soccer Coaches
As part of the Football Future project, more than 80 sports professionals explored AI-powered tools designed to help coaches analyze matches, plan training sessions, and evaluate players using data.
Sber introduced five AI solutions for sports to regional coaches participating in the Football Budushcheye (Football Future) project, a joint initiative of PFC CSKA and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
One tool helps coaches review and clip match footage for tactical analysis. Another creates visual training plans and manages practice schedules. A separate platform collects and visualizes data from wearable devices, giving coaches and medical staff access to athletes' performance metrics through a single interface. A scouting tool helps identify, evaluate, and compare players using statistical data. Another solution analyzes tactical video by tracking the positions of players, referees, and the ball to support more detailed performance analysis. Launched in 2024, the Football Budushcheye project is designed to identify young talent while supporting the professional development of youth coaches across Russia's regions.
