T2 Integrates Umnico Platform to Bring Customer Communications Into One Window
Russian mobile operator T2 has integrated the Umnico platform into its portfolio of digital tools for business, bringing multiple customer communication channels into a single interface.

Umnico lets companies manage messaging apps, social networks, live chat, and email in parallel without switching between applications. The platform routes incoming conversations to staff, stores message history, and reduces the risk of missed requests. It also supports integration with CRM systems and internal company services, along with basic analytics. The acquisition of Umnico was completed in December 2025.
The solution is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses that need to roll out straightforward digital tools quickly without incurring high integration costs.
