Russian IT-Arkhitektor Platform Helps Enterprises Cut Resource Use
The service is designed to build and manage information-system architectures

The Rosel holding of state-owned corporation Rostec has developed a digital service called IT-Arkhitektor (IT Architect). The platform is designed for large industrial enterprises and helps build the architecture of internal information systems, according to the holding’s press service.
One Platform to Manage the Entire Digital Architecture
IT-Arkhitektor is built on a CAD-based software-hardware platform. It acts as a universal orchestrator that automates design and engineering preparation for production, manages projects, runs supercomputing calculations, and supports virtual desktop software. In effect, a single platform manages the entire digital architecture of the holding. Users can view an organization’s digital assets in real time, map interactions between enterprises, model management processes, and receive analytical insights.
The digital environment of each division is integrated into a unified enterprise environment, while individual solutions are linked together at the level of the holding’s management organization.
Productivity Growth and Data Protection
The service can generate architectural descriptions with varying levels of detail and can be easily adapted to other tasks. It helps identify weak points in enterprises’ digital transformation of production processes and optimize them. This can reduce labor costs and increase productivity. According to the developers, potential savings can reach up to 50 percent.
The system ensures data protection. Each enterprise operates within a separate logical environment accessible only to its employees. All data are encrypted both at rest and in transit. Engineering data, technological processes, and design solutions are protected against unauthorized access.
Previously, we reported that TDM.Istok (Tool and Equipment Management), a digital solution developed by NPP Istok named after Shokin, was officially added to the Russian Ministry of Digital Development’s register of domestic software. The specialized system is designed for automated management of tools and production equipment at industrial enterprises and covers the entire lifecycle — from selection and procurement to operation, repair, decommissioning, and replacement.
