Used Car Check Service Adds Tool to Compare Accident Histories in Russia
New feature analyzes multiple metrics and delivers detailed reports
Avtoteka, a used car verification service from the Avito platform, has introduced a new feature, the company’s press service said.
Users can now compare a selected vehicle by mileage and accident history against similar cars on the market based on brand, model, modification, and year of production.
The tool is built on a database covering more than 50 million vehicles. Results are presented in reports using visual badges that allow users to quickly assess key parameters. Each badge has three levels: green, blue, and red.
Accessible for All Users
The report includes information on the type of incident, estimated repair costs, and a map of accidents with interactive visualization of damage.
According to Dmitry Krylov, head of Avtoteka, the reports are designed to be easily understood by all users, from beginners to professionals.
