T-Bank Introduces AI Assistant Designed to Shop Smarter and Manage Personal Finances
Technology company T-Technologies has unveiled an AI assistant named Taya. Unlike many other AI assistants, Taya is designed primarily to help users with everyday financial decisions and money management.

For now, Taya can recommend products and assist with purchases. In the future, it will also be able to take an individual user's income, savings, and debt obligations into account when offering financial guidance. The assistant is not limited to T-Bank's own ecosystem. If a better product or financial service is available elsewhere – for example, on Ozon or from another bank – Taya will recommend that option instead. According to the company, this approach helps build customer trust while encouraging continuous improvement of its own products.
Konstantin Markelov, T-Bank's Chief Product and Technology Officer, said the assistant is currently available in beta, with a full public launch planned for autumn 2026. Future updates will add voice interaction and image-processing capabilities. Taya is powered by the company's T-Lite and T-Pro models, while some features rely on specialized in-house AI models whose names have not yet been disclosed.
