Since 2025, Mosgaz employees have been using a specialized software system to maintain equipment in apartment buildings. The system has proven effective, and the company is now extending its use to individual residential buildings.
According to company representatives, the new technologies have significantly reduced the amount of paperwork. All collected information is fed into a single database, while the system monitors equipment in real time. If it detects any violations, information about them is immediately sent to an employee’s tablet.
The new approach has not only made employees’ work faster and easier but also significantly improved safety and transparency in gas equipment maintenance. All inspection reports, notices, reports, complete document packages for property management companies and other required materials are now generated automatically.
