YADRO Develops New Radio Module for Its Base Station
Mass production is set to begin this autumn.

YADRO has developed a new radio module for its YADRO BTS8100 base station. It supports operation in two frequency bands at once — 2100 and 2600 MHz. In addition, the new module can interface with four antenna ports simultaneously and supports 4×4 MIMO technology.
This combination of hardware enables higher data transfer speeds, improved signal quality, and expanded coverage area. The equipment is suitable for LTE and 5G networks.
"This solution is necessary for operators building high-performance systems in high-load mobile network scenarios. The next step is mass production of the new product and further development of the lineup," said Roman Maslennikov, Director of the Radio Frequency Systems Development Center at YADRO.
Mass production of the radio modules will begin this autumn.
