Udmurtia Chatbot Helps Students Choose Career Paths
The Udmurtia Employment Center has released the first results from its Career Start 2026 chatbot, which assesses the professional potential of students and schoolchildren.

A total of 6,525 people from 48 educational institutions across the republic have already used the service. The survey is conducted in cooperation with career centers at educational institutions and takes 5–7 minutes, identifying a career path based on a person’s education and preferences.
For schoolchildren, the service helps them understand their interests and learn about professions in demand in the republic. Students and graduates can use it to prepare resumes, get ready for job interviews, and find internships or their first jobs.
The chatbot is being developed as part of the employment center’s career guidance system for young people, Work in Russia, and the national project Personnel.
