System integrator PROF-IT GROUP has deployed the 1S:TOiR (1C Maintenance and Repair system) at the Avtomobilnye tekhnologii (Automotive Technologies plant) in Russia’s Kaluga Region. The platform enables centralized management of equipment maintenance and repairs, improving reliability and efficiency across production processes.

Unified Information System

The facility operates around 3,000 pieces of equipment, making efficient management critical to uninterrupted operations. Specialists implemented a standard configuration of 1S:TOiR, uploaded reference data, and trained users. The system is integrated with 1S:ERP to automate materials procurement and accounting, as well as with 1S:ZUP (HR and payroll system) to control employee access to repair work.

The project resulted in a unified maintenance management system and a centralized database for equipment and technical documentation. The system automatically generates schedules for preventive maintenance, inspections, and other routine tasks based on production calendars. All equipment downtime, breakdowns, and completed work are recorded in a single database, creating a detailed operational history and enabling analytical reporting.

Easier Work for Engineers and Technical Teams

The plant also introduced process analysis tools that help evaluate efficiency, monitor costs, and support informed management decisions.

“The project covered key departments responsible for equipment maintenance and supply. We preserved the standard functionality of 1S:TOiR while extending it with integrations and, in the future, mobile services. As a result, the client received a tool to reduce operating costs and improve production efficiency,” said Oleg Kiselev.
