Russia Begins Mass Production of Its First Portable TETRA Radio
The device is designed for industrial workers and emergency responders.
Informtekhnika Group has begun mass production of MiniKom-ANR-3, Russia's first domestically developed portable TETRA radio for employees at energy facilities and emergency services personnel.
The radio supports a full range of digital communication services, including emergency, individual, and group voice communications in both duplex and half-duplex modes. It also enables packet data transmission and text messaging.
The MiniKom-ANR-3 radio is designed for operation in networks with stringent security requirements. Its rugged construction also allows the device to remain operational in demanding industrial environments.
According to the company, launching the MiniKom-ANR-3 into mass production is part of its strategy to expand domestically developed solutions for professional radio communications.
