Russia’s AI-powered interview simulator “Train Your Calm”, developed by Sber, has won in the Technology Innovation category at the prestigious Recruitment Marketing Awards (RMA) in London. The annual competition highlights the most impactful global technologies and communication projects in HR and talent development.
The Russian system helps students and young professionals prepare for job interviews, build confidence, and manage stress — offering a realistic, data-driven way to improve performance.
Reading Emotions in Real Time
The simulator is built on computer vision and real-time emotion analysis. It tracks users’ facial expressions and body language to detect signs of nervousness, then provides personalized feedback to help them adjust their nonverbal communication.
The project is based on insights from 50 in-depth interviews and consultations with neuropsychologists, behavioral scientists, and recruiters.
