The North Caucasus branch of the Federal Center for Assessment of the Safety and Quality of Agricultural Products has introduced a one-stop service for export-oriented businesses. The initiative is designed to make it as quick and convenient as possible to order tests, receive results, and obtain supporting documentation.

“Now, every step, from submitting an application to receiving an official report, is handled through a single point of contact. Clients no longer need to approach different departments, track application statuses across multiple systems, or assemble a set of documents themselves,” the institution’s press office said.

The new system is expected to minimize the risk of errors and data loss during document processing. If needed, specialists at the North Caucasus branch of the Federal Center for Assessment of the Safety and Quality of Agricultural Products can help clients select the most appropriate set of tests for their specific needs, whether they involve checking the quality of an agricultural product shipment for export, assessing the safety of imported raw materials, or conducting a phytosanitary inspection.

The one-stop service is already in operation at the Center’s Novorossiysk branch, the institution noted.
