Russian online marketplace Yandex Products has rolled out a new AI-driven analytics service aimed at helping sellers enhance customer loyalty using big data. The platform’s analytics dashboard now includes tools for deeper analysis of ratings and reviews.
Sellers can track review dynamics in real time and compare feedback effectiveness across different marketing channels using UTM tags. These features are available through the updated seller interface.
According to Yulia Kravchenko, SEO director at IT-Agency, the system enables quick responses to shifting customer sentiment: “For example, if there’s a spike in negative feedback, sellers can cross-reference it with order histories to identify issues in logistics or product selection.”
The service automates data collection over specific timeframes, visualizes trends, and helps businesses strengthen customer relations. It’s another example of how AI and big data are fueling the growth of digital commerce in Russia.
