The IT Academy FabricaONE.AI is set to launch a new advanced training program titled Chief AI Officer (CAIO): From Strategy to Practice, according to the press service of Softline Group.

Because of the lack of systemic governance and a unified strategy, fewer than 20 percent of AI initiatives are successfully scaled within companies. As a result, teams are increasingly in need of a new class of executives capable of turning artificial intelligence from an experimental effort into a practical tool for growth and operational efficiency.

The new program has become part of the CDTO LAB Digital Transformation Laboratory at the IT Academy, complementing its flagship MBA programs for digital transformation leaders and chief information security officers.

Embedding AI Into Day-to-Day Operations

The program was developed by Nikolay Trzhaskal, an expert in AI and digital transformation and director for AI technology development at FabricaONE.AI. It is designed for executives, CDTOs, product owners, and specialists responsible for digital initiatives and the deployment of intelligent solutions.

The course consists of six modules and a final project, covering the full scope of a chief AI officer’s responsibilities: CAIO strategy and role, corporate AI platform architecture, data management and ML/LLM infrastructure, responsible and compliant use of AI, project portfolio management, and the creation of effective AI teams.

“The market’s classic problem, as with any technology, is not AI solutions themselves, but their implementation. Algorithms do not build bridges. Leaders do – those who speak the languages of business, data, and technology. We are training modern executives who embed AI into the operational efficiency of organizations,” said Igor Morozov, rector of the IT Academy FabricaONE.AI.
